Lifestyle Habits#
- Adequate Sleep (8h/day): Insufficient sleep will lead to losses.
- Exercise (3.5h/week): A healthy body is essential.
- Posture Adjustment (no leg shaking, correct sitting and standing posture, etc.): Temperament is often reflected in one's behavior.
Financial Management#
- Financial Restraint (the 28th of each month is shopping day): One must have the right financial perspective; it’s crucial not to just buy indiscriminately. Restrain purchases, fill the shopping cart for a while before buying.
- Knowledge of Financial Management: For example, read a few books on financial management; it is a critical skill.
Dietary Habits#
- Cooking for Yourself (6 times/week): Only by cooking for oneself can one better control intake.
- Healthy Eating Habits: As the saying goes, illness enters through the mouth; avoid junk food and sugary drinks.
Learning, Thinking, and Self-Reflection#
- Responsibility (comment on works viewed, fulfill promises made to others): For example, comment on each episode of an anime. When finishing a work, one should not just walk away; try to comment on a specific point. Otherwise, many times the works viewed are just fleeting, or one can only simply say they are good or bad. But comments should not be made casually; the daily comment limit is one.
- Learning a Foreign Language: Mastering a foreign language, especially English, is a necessary skill for us programmers.
- Keeping a Record of Life (write a short diary entry each day): This helps future self to know how foolish one was in the past.
- Focus (only focus on one thing at a time): There are too many tasks to do, leading to scattered attention. Whether it's anime, comics, games, books, or study materials.
Below are deprecated~~
Additionally, I want to reiterate the principles I have set that I have always struggled to adhere to#
- No fast food, sugar, carbonated soft drinks.
- Stop electronic devices at 23:30.
- One blog per month.
- One thing focus at a time, whether anime, comics, games, books, or studying.
- All in English when I use Telegram, Twitter, Github, Coding, and so on.
I think I should have no more daily tasks but weekly tasks, which will help me focus. I certainly hope you know what you are doing.
